The brushed cotton is exactly as described—buttery soft without being heavy, and the dusk stripe adds a nice quiet texture to the bed. I washed them once and they came out even softer, which surprised me. Took my plain sheets up a notch for sure.
The stripe pattern is subtle enough to look classy but still adds texture to the whole bed. These shams came out of the package feeling pre-washed and soft, no stiff fabric at all. I keep catching myself rubbing them just to feel that brushed finish.
