The ribbed texture feels wonderfully thick and substantial, and the colors are exactly as pictured. My only small issue is that they're a bit stiff out of the package, but after one wash they softened up nicely.
I was really hoping these towels would be softer out of the package, but after one wash they fluffed up nicely. The ink and tobacco stripe pattern is exactly what I wanted for our guest bathroom, and they dry quickly without that damp smell.
The ribbed texture feels substantial but still soft—drying off after a shower is noticeably quicker. I only wish the tobacco stripe was a bit more vibrant against the ink blue background, as it looks a little muted in person.
